Quality modules doesn't lost in 2.1 update. Its no have effect. Only speed is reduced effect.

This works exactly the same as if you were to use logic to switch a recipe to one that doesn't support modules. For example, in 2.0, you can use logic to switch a recipe from gears to pipes. While productivity modules won't affect pipes, the game won't destroy them when you switch recipes.
I didn't know that, last I heard was that they'd be deleted so that's good to know - Thanks.
preeeeetty sure the quality modules are only deleted upon migrating the save file from 2.0 to 2.1. They should be safe when switching recipes according to something one of the devs said earlier, either in this thread or another one of the version threads

Commenting on the changelog:
Added "Time" mode to selector combinator. It allows to read game tick, time of day and duration of a day.
It's your chance to not repeat the mistake of overflowing counters and instead devise a solution that will supply the combinators only with a delta count of ticks. Such that any fundamental changes to tick counter (uint32 → uint64) don't cause problems down the line. I assume it currently returns the global tick counter?
Added pin to Factoriopedia which enables it to stay opened when working on other stuff.
Give it a multi-window mode :P where it spawns a secondary window, black background. Expanding that window only gives more screen space to display and pin Factoriopedia.
Shotguns no longer slow the player when shooting.
Shotgun pellet hit effect will slow down enemies briefly.
Let player jump backwards from all the recoil instead

I am speechless once again. 10/10 development team, who all care about their creation.
