web cannot open from China motherland
from 2 days ago. main web and mod web cannot open.

That's alright there's nothing responding to pings there. It's only hosting the web services. When you add this

auth-server=https://direct.auth.factorio.com
updater-server=https://direct.factorio.com

to your config.ini you should be able to login with factorio. Unfortunately we can't provide a cloudflare bypass for the mod portal.
