bug of basic item

Hello, I think that I got a strange bug, like you can see in
- bug_LI.jpg (2.68 MiB) Viewed 666 times
their is the medium pole électrique missing in the menu of craft, but on the map and on the fast select item, he is still here, (with or without mod), of an old save, I have not the bug, but it was a saved map for a test, (more than 100hours of diff).
so I try to import an Assembling machine with the medium pole, I got an other think :

I don't know since it's like this, with mod or times played, and I don't know with if I start an other game, why I havn't the bug (with or without mod).

If you can reproduce this without mods make a new report following

I did the same without mod
- I remove all the mod
- 01-dell_all_mod.png (1.26 MiB) Viewed 624 times
- step who confirme

- 03-entity_removed(mod).png (1.94 MiB) Viewed 624 times
- Item still missing on the menu of craft but still present in the inventory
- 04-1-Medium_pole-still_missing.png (1.9 MiB) Viewed 624 times
- Event I can't import the Assembling machine for built the item

I do all the MAJ via steam when I can, I don't play in the expérimental version, I will try to put my save (who have the bug) to an other pc, for see if Something change.
I check all the file of Factorio via the option on steam, and that says all was good.
Then I'm sorry, this time I won't forget the log

I put 2 map who have the problem (the who one who end by "elec" is a save speciale that I use for test without the mod), more than I put some files that I think is some log that could help.
IF their is a file log that I forgot tell me where I could find it, I will put it.
P.S. I'm sorry for my poor English, I won't use a translator.

Thx that work perfect with this commande (executed twice).
I guess may I did an action, or something other, may flip something and cause this. I guess execute once this commande, disable the technology, and the second times, enable they.
This is a basic commande, or did you see something in the log that I gave, if it's yes could I get some precision ?

It's just something that can happen when mods that replace recipes are removed after the recipe unlocking research finished.
