Just updatede, and cannot connect to my multiplayer game anymore. Instant desync on connection..

HOW did you downgrade? The blueprint library is stored in the factorio directory > blueprint-storage.dat. It's not in your save files, becasue it is shared between saves.

On the server, i alway create a backup of the factorio files, before upgrading. So just copied the old files back. On my client, i use steam - so just opted in the options to use version 0.37 instead of "newest"

Do you have file called something similar to blueprint-storage.dat, like blueprint-storage-version-0.18experimental-backup.dat, in your factorio directory?

yes I do - but it seems to be empty. Very small file like 2-300 kb.
