[0.17.34] [UI] Long chat messages hidden behind tall quickbars

When using 3 (or more?) quickbars and receiving a long chat message, the message is partially hidden behind the quickbar.
I think the screenshot explains it all:
For testing purposes, the complete message sent was: "we hebben iig genoeg chlorine productie nodig dus met natronloog komt het wel goed denk"
Setup:
Playing windowed (maximized) at UHD (or whatever is left of UHD within the window).
Using 200% UI scaling. So the screen space is equivalent to normal size at 1080p.
Using 3 quickbars.
On Windows 10.
If needed I can provide the mod setup and game save in use, but I don't think those are related to this problem.
Some kind of text wrapping or other solution would be great!
