[2.0.25] Copper wire tool is now almost invisible

In 2.0.25, although not listed in the changelog, the icon for the copper wire tool (for connecting power poles, not the intermediate product) has been changed to the same as the shortcut bar icon.

However, this is very hard to see:

It's also hard to see in factoriopedia:

Also it has a recycling recipe listed:

But I can't work out how to actually put a copper wire in a recycler.

Yeah, it is transparent, which works for gray-background shortcut bar, not so much anywhere else.

That's not the only issue, it's also just too dark.
Personally, I think it should be copper coloured. (Also, why is it still called "copper wire"? it no longer looks like copper nor is it made with copper...)

This bug report is essentially a duplicate of 121732

(maybe just fill thr symbol in with the same colour as used by power wires?)
