[1.1.30] Crash after error: "Saving scenario failed: ElectricNetworkSerialiser::getEnergySourceIndex"

I had this error "Notice" pop up when the game went to autosave. Got the same error on a manual save too. When I went to exit the game normally to see if restarting it fixed it, it crashed. Log is attached. Any ideas for troubleshooting are welcome.
