When I press alt+tab to switch windows, and then return to the game, items in the game become unclickable. Their inventories do not open, and I cannot move items in my inventory. Game menus still work, however. And I can still deconstruct things by right clicking them.

There seems to be only two ways to fix this. I can close and restart factorio. Or, if I close the window I alt-tabbed to, then return to the game, the items become clickable again.

Hi, that is very strange behavior, what kind of window manager do you use? Do you use virtual desktops? Does it fix itself if you then press Alt or Tab in the game?

We have code that clears input state when the game window loses focus. It seems the game doesn't receive "lost focus" event on your system.
