Bluescreen Detection & Electric Network Monitoring

Have you heard the shocking news?
A deep brownout can freeze your precious combinator contraptions.
Chaos could unfold inside your factory right now and you would not even notice
But don't panic - just install Nos#Fi's Bluescreen Detection & Electric Network Monitoring system and you will be fine.
It's simple and effective. It just compares the output of a combinator in your electrical network with one that has it's own supply and gives out a global warning.
But of course then it is already to late. That's why there are more detectors in there:
First we have a checking tool that monitors if all batterys are charged to 100% everyday --> if not --> Build more Solars!
And then there is the standard "battery below 40%" --> Build more batterys warning
