I can't use SHIFT-F anymore to send the nearest heli to me.
This happened after I briefly installed this mod:

I installed that one, started researching it, then uninstalled it again. Now my heli can't get summoned again :mrgreen:

EDIT: the mod removed my remote helicopter control, that was the reason. Fixed!

Any chance this is going to get a 0.17 update? I'd hate to lose it, way too much fun.

Kumpu promised to update the mod in the near future, asking for a git pull request, while there's one already at https://github.com/kumpuu/factorio-helicopters/pulls which just has to be approved as I understand...? There's a seemingly working zipped version at https://mods.factorio.com/mod/Helicopte ... 000b2ca62b (with bugged remote control) if you can't wait.

You probably are aware, but just thought I'd mention here that the latest version 17.36 broke this mod. I hope it's not a complicated fix, it's such a great mod, I really don't like playing huge bases without it. Thanks for creating and updating it!

Love this mod and from past experience if my game is working I don't update game or mods, so currently my mod works.
Sorry to hear 17.36 beaks it :(

How do I change key bindings in this mod ?

Edit: I have also now fixed the cameras to follow the helicopters while moving.

Is it possible to get the helicopter to match the player color scheme like vanilla vehicles? That way I could tell which was my heli after I parked it.

The mod is very cool.
But I have a question, how did you create helicopter sprites?
What is the camera setting, I want to create a sprite for the Mi-24 helicopter.
But I am not experienced in creating sprites.

I made a fork to this mod, here:
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/HelicopterRevival

It's updated to 0.18.2+ proper... There are still some things that I'd like to do with it, but for the time being I'm just updating it for the new version of Factorio.
