Why aren't sciences affected by quality modules? Is it a bug?

Hey there, i was designing a gleba science build with mk3 quality modules, until i tested it and noticed the quality module simply doesn't work, all the sciences are apparently not affected by the quality module's"quality upgrade". I don't get why, am almost thinking its a bug because:

-Its inconsistent with any other recipe.
-The modules can be inserted in the machine in the first place (if it doesn't work, why can it be inserted?).
-in my view it isnt unbalanced, and the only case it might be is in the cryogenic plants with so much module slots.
-The factoriopedia nor the tips and tricks says anything about that.
-I didnt find anything related in the forums or in the internet.

Can someone help me, is it a bug or a feature and why?

You probably have speed module impacting the production look at their tooltip, those reduce chances on quality which works fine on science packs otherwise

No, i tripled checked, then i went to a test world
and tested with other sciences using mk3 quality modules ,and not a single bottle was uncomon or higher.

I figured it is a bug, so instead of posting here will make a new bug report(yes, in the tooltip it says 16% quality and out of 1000 gears or any other item(i tested and it isnt just sciences), none is higher quality, and it only happens in this save file.

edit:The issue was resolved in the other post.For any one with a similar issue, remember that, altough the map editor has every item unlocked, you still need to research the quality modules research so qualitys are actually avaliable with modules.
