I don't know whether this is a bug or intended behaviour, but when I try to generate a map with even height or width (10, 20, 50, ...) it always gets rounded up to the next odd number. Forum search didn't yield any results.
Trying to generate a map with a height of 6 tiles results in a map 7 tiles high (as seen in the image attachment).
I tried with several numbers between 5 and 20, and always got an odd result (even numbers always increased by 1, odd numbers staying as they were).
I was using 0.11.14 x64 on Windows 7 when i detected this behaviour, then I updated and can confirm that it's still present in 0.11.16.

Re: [0.11.16] Width/Height of Map always rounded up
Also it would be nice, if I set map height to 32 for factorio to generate a map which is exactly 1 chunk high. Right now if I set height to 32 I get 16 tiles of one chunk and ~16 of another. While this has no impact on gameplay, I often use debug view (F5) to display grid, which I use to align things.

Thanks for the report. This will be fixed in 0.11.17 (the even vs. odd bit).
