I've "fixed" it pretty easily by adding line:
Code: Select all
allowed_effects = {"consumption", "speed", "productivity", "pollution"},
Code: Select all
module_slots = 2,
Code: Select all
allowed_effects = {"consumption", "speed", "productivity", "pollution"},
Code: Select all
module_slots = 2,
I would think of it as an improvement to the insulation, or reclamation of heat. Not necessarily less overall energy needed to smelt a particular item, but less energy exhausted to the environment - though that doesn't really go along with the increased pollutionsebas wrote:I do think that energy saving modules should not be in electric furnaces. The reason being that the heat which is is used in an electric furnace is technically energy waste. So by reducing the energy waste with an energy saving module you would in reality be reducing the heat for the furnace, which would hamper production.
