BP Database.

meta game idea.
a global database which stores blueprint schematics.

uses a special building to store the schematic. it costs the base material cost of all the items on the BP plus ailen artifacts scaling to the size of the BP(in squares used). once the storing is complete the building self destructs.

possibly limit the amount of BP's by a base amount + full games completed (or whatever, just somthing which lets you increase the amout of BP storage once per game would need a way to stop abuse...)

BP retrieval cost is the same amount of alien artifacts used in its construction.
