[Request] Teleport Command Or Even Mod to another Position.

I'm just wanting something simple. Either a command I can type into console that allows me to teleport to certain coordinates. This for example: http://i.imgur.com/sIYV9mB.png

Or something that makes Player is it 0? or 1 not sure the host player for a MP game to start at those coords but when I die I also go there. That might not be fully possible now so a simple command is fine.

Test mode mod has something like that. And you can do a search
