Two inserters marked on the screenshot are getting stuck every time they manage to fill the furnaces. They move to a "ready to grab" position and sit there, even when the furnaces are empty. Breaking and replacing them fixes the problem until they fill the furnaces again.

The bug was related to the picking up items from trains (rail), there was missing code for the rail to be actually nearby.
It is fixed for 0.9 now.
