[0.12.1] No max length on community entered names

Apparently there is no limit to the length of the name you can enter when you've bought the game on certain tier.
Made it a tad hard to interact with the train as the UI was covering it so interaction was impossible.

This has been fixed for the next release by adding a limit of 42.
