Never received code or download after purchase?

Hello, I purchased this game earlier today and haven't received any codes or downloads or emails regarding it. I'm not sure what could have gone wrong where but any insight would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you were connected to an account, your account was upgraded and you can go on the dowload section (exept if you have selected that you want to get a code by email).

If you load the bought page while unconnected, then connect to an account and bought the game then ... no idea of what happend

The best way to get support for this is to email the devs at support@factorio.com as mentioned on the help page under support, of course make sure that you've checked the spam/junk folder for your email first
edit: just in case you get lazy and don't check the help page, they request the following information when you email them about not receiving an activation code

What email you used to buy the game.
What is your username if you have any.
Attached your Paypal / Gopay invoice.
Anything else that can help us resolve this.
