This mod adds 2 tiers of radars, after researching 2 technologies.
The radars uses more power, but can explore an increased area.
Very simple mod, i just used existing icons.

Nice idea, it's a must on really spreaded bases.
Compatibility to v0.10.x
To make this mod run with v0.10.x you need to
- unpack the zip into the mods folder, delete the zip (there should be then a directory named "advanced radar", including locale and protoype directory)
- rename the resulting directory to "AdvancedRadars_0.1.1"
- open the file info.json and change it like so:

I made an unofficial patch that works with 0.11.19. The continuous coverage areas were expanded but otherwise the radars are mostly the same. These radars are very helpful with the RSO mod.
