I have enabled experimental updates. The update crashed with an error: No such file or directory.

Did you modify the scenario pack?
You can solve this by deleting the scenario pack from the data folder and run the update again.

I didn't modify anything.

Thinking about it: I have extracted the scenario pack to "c:\Users\Honza\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods\". Perhaps the updater was expecting it at "c:\Program Files (x86)\Factorio\data\"?
