[0.11.22] Auto Updater doesn't download Scenario Pack

I'm unable to obtain the Scenario pack that is supposed to come with the Furnace Attendant version.

Steps attempted to obtain it:
Just bought Factorio with the Furnace Attendant version, downloaded Setup_Factorio_x64_0.11.22.exe and installed it. Ran it and noticed that there are no Scenarios, tried to run the Auto Updater - but that thing only tells me that the game is up to date.
My game does not contain a "Scenarios" mod folder.
Checking https://www.factorio.com/updater/get-available-versions? with my credentials (as emitted by the factorio logs) produces a JSON which contains "{"scenario-pack":[{"from":"0.9.7","to":"0.10.1"},{"from":"0.9.8","to":"0.10.1"},{"stable":"0.10.1"}]," - which to me suggests that it can find them just doesn't download it for some reason.
I tried toggling on experimental updates, restarting the game and checking for updates again to no avail.
Further adding a custom rule to the Windows Firewall doesn't help either.

So this problem that was created by some refactorings in our server code and now is fixed.
