You could set up a buffer that loads the required values in boxes using green wires, smart chests and smart inserters. Then you could load everything in your buffer boxes into the train to get the ammouns you want in there. You need a reset switch connected to all the smart inserters using red wire ...

Depending on how it's implemented, 150 ping might not be a problem. Remember that this isn't a real time shooter where low latency is crucial.

Blue science and purple science? Also in general, optimize and expand. You only have 4 labs, 3 red science and 2 green science. Or go make a newer better factory with more capacity on a harder map? In the end you need to have that drive to improve if you want to enjoy this (and a lot of other) games..

I think that 2GB of Ram just won't be enough if you're getting to a decently sized base. This is easily upgradable though.
