[QOL] add support for binary and octal notation for number parsing

The number input window supports 0x... hexadecimal notation, so it stands to reason it'd be nice to have 0o... and 0b... for octal and binary respectively. I *think* I recall that the string parsing is using an in-house solution from some friday facts, so shouldn't be difficult to add?

Re: How did you discover Factorio?

A friend invited me to his house, and he had two computers set up to play LAN factorio with his roommate! I was allowed to drive a tank around for a bit, and I bought it when I went home- not much of an idea of what I was buying, because I liked to just go into games blind :)

true, true; however that's if you're using the OS memory manager, and not an in-house one. and as we all know, M$ memory management is wack. I'd take a WUBE-made memory manager over M$'s any day, lol.

Re: Space Age general Questions

We have two computers in the house used for Factorio. Mine is fine (Win7, quad core 3.8ghz, 16 GB RAM).
The one my boys use is a bit slower (Win7, Dual core 3.0ghz, 8GB RAM; just ordered another 8GB stick).
I noticed that the system requirements seem to be a bit higher for Space Age. Will it still run ...
