In the Factoriopedia entry for the Thruster, it notes that the Thrust is dependent on the quality of the Thruster.
However, (here is the bug) when hovering over a thruster, the diamond is not present:

Why can you get a popup for that one in particular, but there are none for the other two quality diamonds? That definitely feels like an unintended feature at that point.

Question (Reason for Bug Report): Should there be a quality diamond icon next to quality in the stats page on the right hand side of the screen?

... deeper the shells have a fixed range and there doesn't seem to be a way to increase their range, making the tank cannon range upgrade by quality purposeless.

I tried looking for upgrades and looked for the quality marker (the blue diamond) but didn't find anything that would increase the shell range.

Since it was on my mind, I decided to look, and... in addition to productivity modules, speed and efficiency modules also have no such diamond indicating that their effects are improved by quality.

Thanks for the report

The Diamond is for the item/entity property, it isn't shown in other places in Factoriopedia, just the property/tooltip list

Iron ore quality is important for crafting higher quality plates, same as any other raw resource or intermediary

Iron ore can have quality, but it doesn't receive any bonuses from that quality. (But downstream products can receive bonuses when that ore is smelted and then made into other things.)

I would assume that's why it doesn't have a diamond.

Why?
Because it's annoying to push alt button (factoriopedia) and then move mouse to diamond to learn the difference and then forget about this information in about 5-15 min and look at it again.

Again, this is QoL suggestion.

Steps to reproduce:
- open a 2.0.21 world
- obtain hazard concrete (either refined or regular)
- place 4 to make a diamond shape
- copy this diamond shape and place as a ghost
- use pipette (Q) on parts of the shape (ghost or placed) with //// orientation
