Currently in 0.17.31, all you need to do in single player for simple colours is (/color green) for example

Every time i try to host a multiplayer game, it tells me "The local port 0.0.0.0:34197 is already used.
This could be caused by another instance of Factorio, or by another program using this port." How do I fix this?
