[1.1.39] Unnecessary files in the headless server release

Greetings!
I've looked at headless /data folders recently only to find "garbage" files.
Pls forward this to your "build" team if any.

I am perfectly okay with
__data__/base/menu-simulations/
these take 4 mb (small) and since headless has a perfect --help menu to showcase them at, I am delighted to their appearance.
Not that I care about those.

__data__/core/graphics/ is not empty, yet it only features icon (yay?) and shaders folder ...? kay ~200kb, not rly relevant
all green.

However,
__data__/base/graphics/
is also *not* empty (?).
(it has a few folders + bytes-long (accidental?) text files)

and example of
__data__/base/graphics/entity/assembling-machine-1/assembling-machine-0.txt
features a single object with a peculiar filename key:
`filename = "__base__/graphics/entity/TODO\OUTPUT-bilinear/assembling-machine-0/assembling-machine-0.png",`
same kind goes for yet another file nearby.
Needless to say I see no such filename present around.

My assumption would be an expansion failure for the building script.
This "bug" is fairly outside the "game" (changelog) bounds but still in *-ops field,
thus pls investigate this IF/(when) necessary, (no-reply-required).
If this message contains any sensitive data, feel free to delete it.

Good luck, have fun bitter-bug-hunting!

I am just going to remove those 3 files so they should be gone in 1.1.42. This is not strictly a bug report, just removing some garbage so no changelog for this.
