add a mute button at modpage.

Why ?

because most of us gonna waiting mod download background,and the sound of biter are really annoying,and when you realize you gonna mute it,you are already too late to do it.

I turned that completely off, because on Mac this seems to need super heavy computing power, when open on mod-page. What I would like is not even turning the sound off, but the whole background-simulation. And from any menu, so it needs to sit on the background, where it is always reachable.

that needs the game to restart for it to work.

…which is not quite understandable. It is just turn on/off.
