Buffer-only requester chests

Hello,
I would like to create a new type of requester chest or a checkbox in the interface, like the current one for requesting from buffer chests, that disallows the chest from using normal provider chests.
In other words, the blue box will only receive from green boxes.
This would be a handy mod interface option to have.
