New mod setting type: nil-setting

What?
A fake setting type that has no input field/box/etc. Used for visual purposes only.
Why?
If a mod has lots of settings or several categories of settings it would be nice to be able to add a header (with tooltip) inbetween different categories of settings. This would allow a layout similar to the tips&tricks screen indented levels.
I've also already seen other mods use bool-settings that don't do anything for this kind of thing. But the checkbox is confusing to the user.
(I thought I'd seen a similar thread once but can't find it. Moderators please feel free to merge.)
