Anybody have a factory design for transport belts from tier 1 to 3?

You know, once you're at the moment you begin to build blue belts, you're pretty much comfortable with the game, you you should really give a try playing the game by yourself (aka with your brain), instead of just using designs by others. Just an opinion.

To answer to your original question : I don't, belts are easy enough to be taken care of as needed, without the need of a "design". Build yellow, from that build red, from that build blue, and voilà !

well i have made that but i was wondering about a larger more efficient one than mine
