Game freezes when adding modules

I'm able to reproduce this issue. When I'm adding productions modules quickly (holding them and then clicking over something) my game freezes for a second and then recovers but it's weird. It happens the most when I'm doing this with production module 2 and miners.
I would screen record it but the Microsoft game bar thing makes factorio go down to 15 fps when recording (that's an issue for another time).
