If I click on an Electric Pole, I get a window showing me the electricity production and usage. If I press the P key, I get a screen showing me an overview of what items are produced and consumed.

Is there a similar screen for Oil and Oil Products? It'd be really useful to get a graph showing my various stocks of Crude, Heavy, Light and Petro, and ideally also a numerical display so I can see actual current value input/output per minute.

Unfortunately not.
I hope it will be added some day, either in the production overview, either in a new overview that would aggregate all kinds of ressources and outputs, wether material or immaterial.
I'm sure this has been already talked of several times over time.
