[1.1.33] Can't upgrade walls to gate

Whenever I try to stamp down a blueprint with walls in it, the gates don't replace the walls. Wall to gate is also not available in a upgrade planner.
Can't place

As gates are basically walls, with the only difference being that they can open, I would expect walls to be upgraded to gates with a blueprint or an upgrade planner.
How am I so bad at forums, I messed up the images and I messed up the log, this is the actual log since I restarted briefly to check the version, I apologize
