Pairs of stack size 8 inserters no longer saturate belts

The inserters that unload onto belts all have stack size 8. In version 1.0 this design saturated belts with 100% reliability, now it no longer works. I can't find anything in the patch notes that changed inserters unloading onto belts, so I assume it's a bug.

Works fine for me. Post a save file (however keep in mind that there are no intentionally designed numbers here, if it would stop working because of some inserter being late by a tick it would not make it a bug).

Stack override all 8, max underground distance. I can reproduce this, but it's directional. Full compression for east + south, occasional gap in north + west. Also weirdly enough the north+west gap is in perfect synchronization to each other even though the bots build them randomly.[Edit: Nope, just same power-on time.]

I believe it is the same as the top and due to the transport line break (sorry if that is the wrong terminology) on the 3rd tile after an inserter.
I can also reproduce it facing east if the first inserter has stack size 12 (second inserter still has stack size 8), but the gaps are farther apart.

On 1.1.32 I definetly don't see any gaps for east+south. [Edit: with stack sizes all 8.]

I mean with a stack size 12 and stack size 8. It works in one orientation but not the other.
