Explain chest priority in the Tips and Tricks

The Tips and Tricks generally does a great job of explaining things. But I don't think it mentions that requesters prioritize yellow chests over red/green chests.
That's pretty useful information, so mentioning that priority in the tips for the yellow chest would be very helpful.
