Vehicles still stuck against water

Should it not be considered a bug, a long standing one even, as I remember having the same problem back in 2018. I believe everybody got it at some point, you crash your vehicle against the coast, and it can't move at all, in any direction. That's fairly easy to 'achieve', so I'm surprised it was not fixed, given the stellar track record of the dev team.
