TL;DR
Make placing underground belts in blueprints place the way power poles do, in that they will try to place where they are ghosted and not their own max wire distance.
What ?
Currently, when you have ghost underground belts placed in a line that are not all max length and you hold down left click to keep placing them, they will not align to the proper placements that are ghosted.

My suggestion is to make underground belt placement behave more like power poles, where they will place the moment they hit a ghost that fits them, and if they do not find one for longer than their maximum functioning distance they will default back to max range placement.

Why ?
Many kinds of setups rely on underground belts and belt weaving to function. Most mining setups and countless compact assembler lines have underground belts weaved through inserters and power poles to get an extra tile of compactness. Adding this will make pre-construction bot stage building less time consuming and frustrating.
