Mod Presets

TL;DR
A way to quickly switch between sets of enabled mods
What ?
In the mod menu, allow creation and use of presets. Feature components
* Create a named preset
* Select a preset
* Rename the selected preset
* Update the selected preset to match the mods currently checked
* Switch the set of active mods to match the selected preset
Why ?
For switching to "all the mods", or back to Vanilla, it's currently easy, you just use the "select all" checkbox. But I have several games in progress -- a single player vanilla megabase, a game with my dad with just Bottleneck, a game with some friends with a full Krastorio 2 / Space Exploration / AAI setup, a single player game on Industrial Revolution 2, an old Pyanodon save, and so on. These all require different sets of mods, and going through and remembering which ones I want to enable is time consuming. I currently feel discouraged from experimenting with different mods because it will clutter up the menu and make it more difficult to switch to the set I want to use.

Already been suggested in many other threads, like

Note that you can already quickly match your mod list and settings to a saved game by using the 'Sync mods with save' button in the top right of the Load Game window.

The alternative way is to have a separate installs for each mod set (downloaded from Factorio's website in zip form, extracted, and you have a totally independent install).
Takes some disk space, but it's user friendly (I don't have to restart after enabling or disabling mods).

And enables also to have different versions of mods for each set.
Implementing a mod-repository would additionally add, that the mod is stored only once, but distributed to the mod-dirs.
