A very simple mod that adds two recipes. One for refining petrol->light oil, and another for light-oil->heavy oil.
Both produce water as a by-product.

(These are simply the reversed form of the 'cracking' recipes.)
I figure if you can 'dilute' to oil to make a lighter oil then you can do the reverse; remove water to create a heavier oil.

This should be compatible with anything, including MP.
