[Klonan] [1.1.0] Incorrect section header in changelog

When upgrading from 0.17.79 to 1.1.8 (quite the jump), the version update GUI shows "Optimizations" and "Optimisations" as two separate tabs:
"Optimisations" (UK spelling) contains the 1.1.0 changes, where "Optimizations" (US spelling) contains changes from various 0.18.x versions.
