[1.1.11] Cannot ghost build outside of build range +linked crash

Reproduce:
Try to ghost build a single entity either 1. by selecting it from the inventory/quick selection bar or 2. using [Q] to 'copy' an already placed building.
Result:
Can only ghost build within normal build range. Same for map view.
Note that when holding Shift (the shortcut for ghost-build) the visual that you 'can' build appears, but clicking does nothing.
Workaround:
Copy-pasting and bluebrints work.
Linked bug:
Crash when attempting to do the same in map view outside of radar range. I assume if the above is fixed then the crash will not be possible anymore.
