[Idea] Teleportation device A to B and vice versa

Something like the teleporter from industrialcraft used to teleport players, and/or robots via a teleportation facility. It would need the functions of accumulators and train stations to store the energy needed to the instant transportation and to set the destination. It could be either activated by some sort of switch or if it would activate as soon as someone stands(still?) on it.
Would it be possible?
