[1.0.0] Blurred icons in every window

Today I opened Factorio as usual and loaded my save. The very first thing I saw was these ugly blurred icons in the quickbar and any other menu that must display a item, not only on this save.
Never hapened before and I'm not sure how to reproduce it. I have no mods installed. In settings everything is as usual (maximum that my PC can run).
Saw other posts about this but they are outdated.

Unrelated, but might be helpful. Today I played some CS:GO with some wierd windowed resolution (1024x768; I get 10-20 more FPS out of that, rather than the usual 20 so why not) and I think that messed something up because the icons are slightly bigger (or its just me).
