[Klonan] [1.1.6] Steam-Achievement shows description "NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_2_31_DESC"

The achievement "So long and thanks for all the fish" normally has no description in steam, as seen here:
When you showcase the achievement in your steam profile however, it shows the string "NEW_ACHIEVEMENT_2_31_DESC" as description:
Notice that achievements without descriptions from other games work fine when showcased in the profile:
