[1.1.5] [UI] [minor] focus loss breaks "e" key (colorpicker + chat)

Steps to reproduce:
0) bind the console/chat to the "enter" key; it's probably the most affecting one by chance it fails to rep
1) start a map
2) open up the inventory
3a) open up character color (you can still close this one with e)
4a) open up the chat/console
3b) open up chat/console with a key (you can still type your msg)
4b) open up the color picker
>>> you can't enter chat msg if not focusing it directly,
>>> you can't close chat with the key you opened it with before;
>>> you can't close color-picker with "e" as usual
(escape to cancel)
(+) just the same with train color picker
(+) just the same with map tag picker
(+) just the same with CHAT text-icon picker
(+) just the same with MAP-tag icon picker (new or edit)
(+) just the same with MAP-tag text-icon picker (new or edit)
(+) almost the very same as A and B but:
3c) you open the chat first (!)
4c) you open the ctrl+f box (search one, top right);
5c) you de-focus search by clicking somewhere

(allows: chat opens chat works chat closes u use "e")
(forbidsL theres no chat for you. Don't you spam a button; theres no chat!)
(you can still close inventory it with "e") IF you defocus search before openning the chat ofc; and while you are focused in textfield you cant open the chat
(+) the search window also works this way when summoned from choose recipe window
(--) the choose-recipe window allows chat to take focus and use text just fine
(--) choose-signal in CONSTANT combinator settings simply forbids you to chat.
(+) but ALL the other signal setters in combinators *work* (lock) fine
(+) connected entities with wires also have their signal slots *work* lock just fine
(--) the menu of a chest/fishtank/car itself allows to chat
(--) all logistic request slots forbid you to chat at all.
(+) all the filter choosers however lock you out pretty well (personal or trunk ones or inserter ones)
(--) power armor grid window (just as a usual inventory) allows you to chat
(--) all the near-map buttons allow you to chat (bps, achievements...)...
(+) except for TIPS. The tips tab is special. It locks.
p.s. (I know it has been marked not a bug already):
you can open mk2 in chest (or yours and take it out to chest) and then run away with gui opened like forever long :>
