Burner Drill on coal - 4 coals burnt for every coal mined

I opted into experimental branch and found that burner miners on coal were burning thru fuel at a crazy rate, like 4-5 coals burned for every coal mined. I opted out of experimental and the problem persists. Burner miners on other minerals do not do this, only the ones on coal.

Do you have a save?
I get 7+ coal mined for every coal burned.
