currently running:
GeForce GTX 950 with 2 Gb ram on that card
24 GB ram
intel core i-5 6500 3.2 GHz

with the game being the main focus

CPU maxes at 10% usage GPU bearly hit 5% memory at 30% - which is a little more than what is used when systems at idle

no mods enabled

any one else having frame rate issuse

forgot I noticed some jitter before while walking around, frame rate dropped while being hit/ attacked and worst while healing then in an instance from good 60 ups to .5 and never came back up

I take it you have a steel series keyboard?

Ok thank you just wondered if it was some thing with 1.1 since if had this key board a while.
