When I tried to update from 1.0 to 1.1.1, after downloading the update I received the following error notice:
"Update failed: Checking update packages failed: File /Applications/factorio.app/Contents/data/../Info.plist has unexpected content"

I have been regularly updating Factorio since about mid-0.15.xx. This is the first time I've had an update fail.

I am using a 2017 iMac, running MacOS 10.15.7.

I have a number of mods, loaded using the game interface (nothing weird added outside of the system), but I have no idea if that has anything to do with the update failure or not.

Files of your installation have been changed or deleted, you need to download the complete game again.

Argh, actually ... Info.plist was not updating properly in the previous versions, so your current Info.plist is different from what is 1.0.0 package, which causes updater to fail.

I will fix the update package to account for this ... soon-ish.

I edited the update package to repair Info.plist and code sign. It should work now (or soon, as soon as the change replicates over CDN)
