[11.18] Walls/Gates

An enemy force and replace walls with gates and walk through undetected..
Example:
Player 1 has a base defended by walls.
Player 2 walks up with gates, replaces walls, and walks into Player 1's base undetected.

To add to this, players on the other team can also:
>Fast replace chests with different types and claim ownership
>Place belts and inserters over enemy ones (so long as the orientation is different)
And also somewhat related, an inserter can take from an enemy chest or assembler.

Since we're on this.. I think pipes on different forces shouldn't be able to connect to each other.
It's very difficult to defend against someone introducing water into your oil pipes.
