[1.0.0] Remove empty chunks does nothing.

I have attached the save: when using the editor and selecting "delete empty chunks" the chunks remain in place.

Hello,
chunk is empty if it doesn't have any entitities and only out-of-map tiles.

And as empty chunks they should be deleted and unloaded/not saved with the save file. Right?

If my response didn't put light onto the issue, can you post coordinates of a chunk that should have been deleted by "Delete empty chunks" but was not, so we can talk concretely?
